1. ORDER… Your order can be adjusted any time while you are “window shopping” or looking for something in particular. Just click on the Shopping Cart at the top of the screen. You can search by Category or by Scale.

2. SIGN IN… If you are a member then it is easy to log-in as this account will store your details. Don’t worry, all of your details will be secure and private – meaning we will not give or sell your details to anyone.

3. ADDRESS…Be ready with your invoicing and delivery address as well as your contact phone number, and for the recipient of the parcel, if it is not your own.

You will be required to sign to accept delivery. If a signature cannot be obtained, a card will be left informing you of how to collect your goods during normal business hours. The delivery service will then hold the parcel for the maximum time whereupon it will be returned to us as “unclaimed” – at your cost. The freight charge from the original despatch is non-refundable plus further freight charges will apply if we are required to re-despatch.

4. PAYMENT…Be ready with your either your PayPal account details or you can pay via eWay with your Visa, Mastercard or Bankcard. We no longer accept bank transfer or phone payment.

5. SHIPPING… We ship worldwide using Australia Post or DHL whichever is the cheaper – and deliver during normal business hours.

Orders are despatched promptly within 2 business days and you can expect delivery from 1-5 business days later depending on your location.

6. FREIGHT COST… The freight cost is determined by the size and weight of your total Order as well as the destination /postcode. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the Shopping Cart and will be added to your order before checkout. If your order is extra large and the website is unable to calculate freight, you will be prompted to telephone or email us for a quote.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS – We will confirm your shipping cost before your order is shipped.

7. RECEIPT…once your Credit Card has been approved, a Receipt with Order Number /Tax Invoice will be emailed to you as confirmation.

8. MODEL PRICING… All amounts are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. Model prices are reviewed regularly and updated. Freight prices may vary from time to time due to circumstances beyond our control.

9. REFUND POLICY… We are happy to Refund or Replace any model that has faulty materials or faulty workmanship.

In the event of the model being damaged during transportation to your destination, we will Refund or Replace. Note that you must advise us within 48hrs if you receive a faulty, damaged, incorrect or missing model.

If this is the case for a damaged or incorrect model, we will reply by email to you with instructions of how to return the model to us. Any Refund will be re-imbursed to your Credit Card. We do not, however, Refund or Replace if you change your mind or if you make an incorrect choice.
