We are happy to Refund or Replace any model that has faulty materials or faulty workmanship. In the event of the model being damaged during transportation to your destination, we will Refund or Replace. Note that you must advise us within 48hrs if you receive a faulty, damaged, incorrect or missing model.
If this is the case for a damaged or incorrect model, we will reply by email to you with instructions of how to return the model to us. Any Refund will be re-imbursed to your Credit Card. We do not, however, Refund or Replace if you change your mind or if you make an incorrect choice.
